Job Title: Operational Excellence Leader

  • Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless site operations during the shift to meet set targets.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime.

• Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.

">

• Promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance within the team.

">

• Lead and motivate shift operators and technicians to ensure optimal performance.

">

• Conduct shift handovers to maintain continuity of operations.

">

• Oversee product quality control and coordinate with quality assurance teams to resolve non-conformities.

">

• Ensure proper documentation of production and quality records.

">

• Identify equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance activities for timely repairs.

">

• Maintain production area cleanliness and upkeep.

">

• Prepare and submit shift reports on production, downtime, incidents, and manpower utilization.

">

• Escalate critical issues to management as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Chemical/Petrochemical industry.

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
