">We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior HBM Engineer to join our team. This role involves leading the development, validation, and qualification of Micron's next-generation HBM products.
">Main Responsibilities:
">Optimized Test Coverage: Ensure optimized test coverage on all current and future HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes.
">Product Development and Validation: Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify Micron's next-generation HBM products.
">Support for New Product Design Validation: Provide technical support for design verification and in-depth circuit analysis of new products using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
">Yield Improvement and Cost Reduction: Improve manufacturing test yields, reduce test time, and resolve yield-related issues.
">Root Cause Analysis and Resolution: Analyze and resolve manufacturing test flow issues, quality, and RMA device issues.
">Promotion of Innovation: Promote innovation and drive changes that provide Micron with a technical advantage over its competition.
">Mentorship and Development of Others: Develop and mentor others within the team.
">Project Management: Develop project management skills to ensure efficient execution of projects.
">Technical Decision Making: Make final decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to develop and ship end products.

Requirements
">Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
">Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership skills, technical skills, problem-solving skills, and root cause understanding and solution space through in-depth circuit analysis.
">Knowledge: Basic understanding of CMOS technology and DRAM device physics and design, good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting.
">Personal Qualities: Dedicated, highly motivated, flexible, collaborative, sense of responsibility and accountability, professional work ethic, effective communication skills.
