High-Performance Memory Solutions Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Engineer to spearhead the development and execution of reliability test plans, drive DPM reduction, and optimize manufacturing test flows.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience in product engineering. They should be adaptable, motivated, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Reliability Test Flow Development: Define and develop reliability stress, test flows, and test plans covering all product reliability aspects.
- Reliability Test Plan and Execution: Work with Global Quality to define qualification plans, manage qualification execution progress, and drive issue resolution.
- DPM Reduction: Drive extrinsic reliability (Time 0 and Field DPM) and intrinsic reliability through optimized manufacturing test flows and test strategy to meet KPIs (Quality, Cost, Cycle Time).
- Root Cause and Resolution of Qual and RMA Device Issues: Debug and identify root causes in reliability tests using EFA/PFA and drive improvements via cross-functional collaboration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recommending fab process conversions to reduce cost and increase yields, impacting yield, quality, reliability, and performance of HBM products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and develop reliability stress, test flows, and test plans.
- Work with Global Quality to define qualification plans.
- Manage qualification execution progress and drive issue resolution.
- Drive extrinsic reliability and intrinsic reliability through optimized manufacturing test flows.
- Recommend fab process conversions to reduce cost and increase yields.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis tools, and scripting.
- Excellent leadership and technical problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and motivated with a flexible approach to roles in a dynamic environment.
