The Head of Digital Learning & Innovation will lead the strategic vision, implementation, and evolution of educational technology and AI across the school, ensuring coherence, innovation, and excellence in digital learning experiences.

This cross-phase leadership role spans the Infant, Junior, and Senior Schools, requiring effective collaboration with various stakeholders, including Heads of Technology, Deputy Heads (Academic), and the Director of Learning.

Effective leaders should possess excellent leadership skills, teaching expertise, and experience in managing digital learning initiatives. They must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive engagement and support across the school community.

Leadership roles include teaching classes in their specialist field on a limited basis.

Further Requirements: The role requires an Enhanced DBS disclosure certificate and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
