Job Description
The Red Cross Youth is a prestigious program that focuses on cultivating compassion, professionalism, and passion in its youth volunteers. With a rich history dating back to 1952, the organization has grown to become one of the largest volunteer bases in Singapore, boasting over 5000 dedicated members.

Our mission is multifaceted, comprising four distinct divisions:
• Red Cross Juniors
• Uniformed Group
• Chapters
• Youth @Community; each division tailored to cater to different age groups and demographics. As part of our broader International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, we strive to groom the next generation of humanitarian leaders who embody empathy, resilience, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
This role will support the RCY Divisions of Red Cross Junior in various capacities, including event coordination, stakeholder management, and administrative tasks. Some key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with event planners to ensure seamless execution
• Liaising with vendors, volunteers, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals
• Managing logistics, including travel arrangements and venue setup
• Creating engaging marketing materials to promote events and activities
• Maintaining accurate records and submitting reports as required

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have experience working with young children. Additional desired skills include presentation and report writing skills, administrative expertise, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
