Job Overview:

As a Director of Cybersecurity Awareness and Training, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity program that aligns with organizational objectives and ensures compliance with international cybersecurity standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a strategic cybersecurity awareness plan to educate employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop training programs and modules that enhance cybersecurity knowledge and provide practical experience.
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness initiatives within multiple regions and countries, fostering strong relationships with global stakeholders.
Key Expectations:
  • Provide visionary leadership for the cybersecurity awareness and training program.
  • Collaborate with a team of cybersecurity professionals to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness and training programs, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Experience in cybersecurity standards, such as ISO27001, NIST Cyber Framework, and CRI.
  • Strong educational pedagogy skills, with a focus on experiential learning and human-centered approaches.
