Job Title: Strategic Finance Leader
OverviewOur organization is seeking a seasoned finance professional to serve as the primary country liaison for all transactional finance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the key liaison between the country office and the Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC) ensuring efficient execution of finance operations, compliance with corporate policies, and alignment with both local regulatory requirements and global standards.
- Oversee local statutory financial reporting and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper execution of treasury operations and internal controls.
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented finance executive to oversee and manage the finance function at the country level. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial leadership with excellent stakeholder management skills to support business objectives and drive operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) required.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, experience in Big4 is a plus.
- Experience working with or within a Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC) is highly desirable.
