Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Leader to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our finance function, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure financial sustainability under capitation funding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in population health analytics and data analysis. They will be able to review and assess functions and features in our finance data mart and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure capitation funding methodology and parameters are reflective of our needs.
  • Develop and implement population health analytics work leveraging on various databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure financial sustainability.

Requirements:

  • A recognised degree in Finance or Business.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in FP&A.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience in modelling, simulation and data analysis.

Personal Attributes:

  • An analytical and inquisitive mind.
  • Ability to identify / discern complex trends and patterns.
  • Excellent writing skills and interpersonal communication skills.
