**Job Description:**

  • Lead the FICC Technology development team in Singapore, coordinating development activities across the APAC region.
  • Responsible for hiring and investing in the development team to position for success.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region to ensure their asks are being represented and are part of the FICC delivery pipeline.
  • Partner with the Support team to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise.
  • Work closely with the global FICC leads to ensure knowledge and expertise exists within Singapore on the key applications.
  • Build visibility through delivery with the senior TD Securities Technology leadership team.

**Requirements:

  • Maintain strong development skills. Particular focus on React, Typescript, Node, Java.
  • Desirable to have Low Latency/Zero GC, Solace, Hazelcast, ZeroMQ, Google ProtoBufs, REST services.
  • Full stack development across UI, business logic and back-end development.
  • Strong understanding and experience with multi-threaded programming.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior developer role.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading floor environment.
