Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Tester to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests using Tricentis NeoLoad. Your primary objective will be to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in system behavior under load.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive performance tests to evaluate system scalability, response times, and throughput.
  • Bottleneck Identification and Analysis: Analyze test results to identify areas of improvement and recommend tuning strategies to optimize system performance.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with functional test teams to align test coverage and timelines.
  • Test Environment Setup and Maintenance: Configure and maintain the test environment, including setup and teardown of test infrastructure.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide detailed reports on test results, recommendations, and improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in IT or Relevant Field: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience with Tricentis NeoLoad: Minimum 2 years of experience with performance testing tools, preferably Tricentis NeoLoad.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret performance metrics and recommend solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
