- Mediate disputes and facilitate residents' movement to another bed space if needed.
- Counsel non-compliant occupants and refer them to relevant agencies or partners.
- Participate in activities such as fundraising and team-building.
- Support other services provided by the organization.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Accredited as Registered Social Worker with SASW.
- At least 2 years in direct social work is preferred.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong report writing skills.
- Case management and casework knowledge and skills.
- Risk assessment and risk management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
