Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude, maintaining a welcoming environment for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary, maintaining visitor logs.
- Answer phones professionally, routing calls when necessary, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, performing ad-hoc duties as required.
- Coordinate courier services, arranging DHL and local deliveries as needed.
- Oversee printing management, including business cards, staff IDs, and newspaper distribution.
- Maintain stationery supplies, ordering weekly stock and monitoring usage.
- Submit invoices for building rental, utility bills, and other expenses.
- Record and maintain accurate asset records, performing regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor.
The estimated salary for this position is SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
