Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative and Accounting Professional to join our team at Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong accounting and administrative skills to take on a key role in our organization. As an Administrative and Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for providing support to our finance team, managing office supplies and inventory, and handling correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of invoices, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.

Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts and administration.
- Good PC literacy and excellent communication skills (spoken and written).

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is SGD 40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Location
The role is based in Tuas West Road, near the MRT station, making it easily accessible by public transportation. This location offers a great balance of work-life convenience and amenities.
