System Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of Building Management Systems and Energy Management Systems. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing interfaces between various third-party systems, ensuring seamless integration and communication between systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of Building Management Systems and Energy Management Systems.
    • Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system efficiency.
  • Development and Design:
    • Develop Functional Design Specifications and Software Design Specifications for new systems and projects.
    • Create detailed control schematics and write-up documentation for software and test procedures.
  • Application Programme Change Management:
    • Handle changes to application programmes, ensuring minimal disruption to existing systems.
    • Document all changes and updates for future reference.
  • PLC/SCADA Project Implementation:
    • Lead the implementation of PLC/SCADA projects from concept to design and programming.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Site Testing and Commissioning:
    • Conduct thorough site testing to ensure that systems are functioning as expected.
    • Commission new systems, ensuring smooth handover to clients.
  • Interface Design and Implementation:
    • Design, implement, and test interfaces between various third-party systems.
    • Ensure seamless integration and communication between systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
    • Capable of performing troubleshooting independently, using expertise and resources effectively.
    • Identify and resolve complex problems, minimizing downtime and ensuring system efficiency.
  • Improvement Works:
    • Implement improvement works to enhance system performance, efficiency, and user experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
