The Role

As a Product Documentation Specialist, you'll work closely with subject matter experts to establish technical specifications and use cases. You'll research, gather, and analyze data from multiple sources to develop high-quality content.

  • Develop information development and publishing strategies aligned with department standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project-specific requirements.
  • Translate complex technical terms into clear, concise English for both native and non-native speakers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A BA/BS degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical writing certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in software documentation, online publishing, online help development, API documentation, installation and user guides, and release notes.
