Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to design and build robust, scalable back-end systems that integrate cutting-edge GPT technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life, leveraging modern APIs, AI models, and automation tools to push the boundaries of what's possible.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining back-end applications utilizing modern AI chat and agent completion APIs. You will also design and implement scalable cloud-based architectures that support custom GPT functionalities.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective backend solutions. You will optimize application performance and ensure reliability and scalability.

You will continuously improve existing applications and develop new features aligned with evolving AI technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Foundational understanding of GPT models (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI API, prompt engineering)
  • Familiarity with tools like OpenAI's Custom GPTs and Microsoft Copilot
  • Strong experience in backend software development
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript or no-code/low-code platforms
  • Experience with AI models, particularly GPT-based APIs, and integrating them into applications
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, and related deployment tools
  • Understanding of database systems and RESTful/API design principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
