We are seeking innovative power electronics professionals to join our R&D team in developing cutting-edge power electronic systems and components.

  • Design and develop power electronic converters, including AC/DC, DC/DC configurations such as Totem-pole PFC, T-type, Vienna Rectifier, LLC, Buck, Boost, SR, Flyback...
  • Perform calculations, simulations, and modeling using tools like LTspice, PSIM, Mathcad, etc.
  • Select and evaluate power components, such as Si/SiC/GaN MOSFETs, IGBTs, capacitors, resistors, magnetics, etc.
  • Develop control algorithms for power converters and implement them on embedded platforms.
  • Conduct thermal and EMI/EMC tests and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineers.
  • Support prototyping, testing, and validation of power electronic systems.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Electronics, with 2-5 years' experience in the same industry.
  • Strong understanding of power electronics theory and applications.
  • Proficiency in circuit design and simulation tools.
  • Experience with embedded systems and digital control of power converters.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, ISO, etc.).
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Open Compute Project (OCP) standards.
  • Hands-on experience with GaN/SiC devices and advanced magnetics design.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB layout and thermal management.
  • Proficiency with Python scripts.
