Job Title

We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Lead to spearhead our design team in the rapidly evolving healthcare space.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is both strategic and collaborative, eager to shape impactful user experiences across our digital health ecosystem.

The successful candidate will lead their design team in delivering seamless, user-centred solutions that serve patients, clinicians, and corporate clients.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure products look great and feel intuitive and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering digital products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Leading and mentoring junior designers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into strategic product decisions.
  • Developing and implementing effective people management strategies.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • A proven track record in designing and delivering digital products in complex environments.
  • Expertise in user research and the ability to translate user insights into strategic product decisions.
  • Strong people management skills, including team development, performance management, and mentorship.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
