Primary School Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to support our teaching team in a dynamic primary school setting.

The ideal candidate will be able to maintain accurate records, prepare teaching resources, and provide administrative support to teachers. A strong background in customer service, administration, and Microsoft Office skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update data records, including stocktaking of teachers' resources and inventory
  • Prepare teaching resources for classrooms
  • Assist as a safety chaperon during daily arrival and dismissal of students, supervise students during recess play, etc.
  • Assist Heads of Department with relief duties matters as and when required

Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience working as a Teacher Assistant / Teacher Aide in a primary school
  • Preference given to candidates conversant in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
