Overview:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a primary school education assistant.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in implementing educational programs for the class, adhering to centre policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy.
  2. Support primary school children in completing daily homework.
  3. Monitor and record children's progress, addressing their educational and developmental needs individually.
  4. Prepare and maintain teaching resources, learning environment, and classroom appearance.
  5. Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
  6. Conduct unique enrichment programs for MindChamps.
  7. Be an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and positive mindset.
  8. Apply positive discipline techniques at all times.
  9. Ensure student safety during transfer from school to centre and within premises.
  10. Perform additional duties as delegated by Centre Manager.

Requirements:

  • Hold GCE A Levels or Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in teaching primary school students is advantageous.
  • Able to guide in doing primary school subjects.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and willing to learn and grow together.
  • Creative and loving energy with a positive disposition.
  • Opportunity for full-time position at a leading education centre.
  • Able to work full day from Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm.
