Job Overview

The role of a Digital Delivery Manager is to oversee and coordinate the delivery of digital projects in the private banking domain, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking to guarantee successful project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, issue resolution, and decision-making with senior stakeholders.
  • Drive solution design discussions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical architecture.
  • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation to maintain delivery integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with private banking regulations and internal governance frameworks.
  • Foster continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record (8+ years) in digital delivery management within the private banking / wealth management domain.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of private banking products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multi-functional and cross-regional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
