Production Planning Expert

We are seeking a skilled Production Planning expert to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including customer service, production, R&D, and warehouse to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Plan and optimize production schedules to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
  • Prepare and distribute production reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of raw materials and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 'O' Level/ITE qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in production planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
