Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bakery and Retail Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with baking and retail operations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Entertain walk-in customers, including cashiering and providing a positive shopping experience
• Offer friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions about our products
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to standard operating procedures
• Assist with baking and food preparation according to standard operating procedures
• Pack and prepare baked goods for sale
• Sort and prepare orders for self-collection and delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with a positive attitude
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English
• Food hygiene certification (required)
