Senior Product Experience Innovator

As a Senior Product Designer for Chat Experience, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, trustworthy, and appealing user experiences in the crypto industry.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful design solutions for a global audience, influencing both customer-facing and business-facing strategies.
Innovative problem-solving skills are crucial in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define problems and deliver user-centered designs from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging chat or instant messaging features.
- Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product teams to shape design vision.
- Elevate design quality through feedback, reviews, presentations, and workshops.
We look for candidates with expertise in visual/UI design, attention to detail, and a strong ownership mentality.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in cross-functional teams at a tech company, delivering impactful designs.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate and advocate for design choices.
- Experience designing socially-driven and interaction-heavy features to enhance user experience and engagement.
Nice to Have:
- Prototyping skills for microinteractions and transitions.
- Knowledge of design systems for consistency across platforms.
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
