About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our new business development initiatives in designated countries. As a Senior Business Expansion Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive top-line revenues while optimizing bottom-line expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Ownership: Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
  • Business Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in new markets.
  • Product Vision: Collaborate with the Product team to understand user journeys and develop product visions that meet customer needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

  • Approx. 8-12 years of experience in e-commerce or business development, preferably in a rapid delivery service industry.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in leadership roles, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The package includes a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
