About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow with our company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- • Provide front desk support to our office
• Handle all incoming calls and respond to queries from the public, parents, and students
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and updates
• Ensure efficient management of internal facility bookings and calendar maintenance
• Assist in photocopying school materials and coordinating transport arrangements for events
• Perform general administrative duties such as updating organisational charts, honour rolls, and office equipment maintenance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- • GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $28,000 - $35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off, we also provide opportunities for career growth and professional development.
