Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Sales Representative to join our team at Goodrich Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with existing customers on a daily basis to ensure timely shipments.
  • Procure competitive rates from various MLO/NOVCC and compile and submit to the Marketing Team.
  • Identify new business opportunities through sales techniques such as cold calling and networking.
  • Relay customer and market information to the organization.
  • Create long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
  • Manage sales and service response process, including quotations, RFQ requirements, and service recovery.
  • Credit control follow-up and management.
  • Prepare tender rates and vessel-wise loading reports.
