Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Asia-Pacific Customer Success team.

This key role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving customer advocacy and loyalty, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored customer success plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive growth through effective relationship management, proactive issue resolution, and timely delivery of customer solutions.
  • Analyze data to propose solutions that improve customer retention, utilization, upsell opportunities, experience, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Manage and resolve all customer cases within defined KPIs while maintaining excellent service standards.

The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with regional and global teams to execute customer deliverables, enhance operational efficiency, and create processes to support business growth.
