Senior Banking Professional

This role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery of banking, investment, and credit solutions to clients. As a key member of our Private Banking team, you will work closely with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Relationship Managers in preparing investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client presentation materials.
  • Ensure smooth execution of client transactions across a wide range of banking, investment, and credit products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client servicing, handling account operations, transaction support, and general queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, while proactively monitoring for compliance and risk issues.
  • Oversee client onboarding, account opening, and periodic KYC/AML reviews in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with product specialists and internal partners to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support client engagement activities, including events, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts.

Responsibilities also include maintaining knowledge of private banking products and regulatory requirements, utilizing this expertise to provide high-quality client service and support.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 5 years of direct experience in Private Banking, with recent experience in a similar ARM role within a private bank.
  • CACS Paper 1 & 2 certification.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian language skills are highly valued for regional client coverage.
