About the Role

This position is for a seasoned marketing professional who will lead a department comprising multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics and will be responsible for developing and executing a robust marketing and communications strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a marketing and communications strategy that drives business growth and expansion in the APAC region.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development of brand strategies and promote brand growth and expansion in the APAC market.
  • Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement, alignment, and a strong sense of organizational culture.
  • PR & External Communications: Lead the development and execution of external communication initiatives, including press releases, media relations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including website management, social media presence, and online advertising, to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation, providing insights to shape marketing and communication strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience within PR and marketing communications domain, preferably in the industrial or consumer sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific market dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of being inclusive, working well across diverse teams to solve difficult problems.
  • Effectively manages multiple priorities, meets deadlines, and executes the strategy.
  • Enterprise and global mindset with the ability to translate into local flavor.
