Site Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Installation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating site installation works of security and communication systems projects.
- Plan and schedule site installation works;
- Monitor progress of sub-contractors and prepare progress reports;
- Attend site meetings and coordinate technical discussions;
- Plan equipment installation schedules and schedule system testing and interfacing works;
- Report to the Project Manager and assist in carrying out specific site-related tasks;
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in site architectural/M&E projects, including experience in managing complex projects. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning and scheduling of site installation works;
- Progress monitoring and reporting;
- Coordinating site meetings and technical discussions;
- Equipment installation scheduling and system testing;
- Assisting the Project Manager with site-related tasks;
- Diploma in Building Services/Architectural Design/Electrical/Electronics/Building Security Services;
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in site architectural/M&E projects, including successful management of various projects;
- Ability to work efficiently in complex environments;
- Good interpersonal skills and effective communication;
- Familiarity with MS Office applications;
