Job Title: Site Installation Specialist

  • The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the installation of security and communication systems at various sites.
  • This involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating site installation works, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring site installation progress, preparing progress reports, and attending site meetings to discuss project details.
  • In addition, they will plan equipment installation schedules, schedule system testing and interfacing works, and report to the Project Manager as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Building Services, Architectural Design, Electrical, Electronics, or Building Security Services
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in site architectural/M&E projects, including successful management of various projects
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in complex and diverse work environments
  • Good team player, independent, and able to work under pressure
  • Positive and willing to learn attitude, coupled with the ability to take initiatives
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Office, particularly Excel
