About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at eFinancialCareers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash and Securities Reconciliation: Perform thorough reconciliation of cash and securities transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Fund Expense Payments: Review and process monthly fund expense payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Client Subscription and Redemption Processes: Assist in managing and tracking client subscription and redemption processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Trade Lifecycle Management: Assist in trade lifecycle management as needed to ensure seamless execution of trades.
  • Liaison with External Parties: Liaise with auditors, fund administrators, tax agents, and lawyers on all finance and operational matters.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Assist with management, client, and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in fund operations within a hedge fund or fund accounting with a fund administrator is necessary.
  • Skillset: Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively, solid organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment are essential.
