Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for security audits, ensuring follow-up actions are completed and maintaining engagement with stakeholders and the Global Security Committee.

About This Role:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for security audits, ensuring follow-up actions are completed and maintaining engagement with stakeholders and the Global Security Committee.
  • Manage day-to-day security operations, including vendor oversight, site deployment, and coordination of security activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies on security-related issues.
  • Lead, supervise, and evaluate security personnel to ensure compliance with operational protocols and site standards.
  • Perform regular site inspections, risk assessments, and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and drive continuous improvements.
  • Oversee and maintain security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.
  • Respond swiftly to incidents and emergencies, conduct investigations into security breaches, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, as well as legal and regulatory obligations.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who possesses:

  • Valid PLRD license as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Officer.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or executive capacity, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with strong problem-solving ability and sound judgment.
  • In-depth knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong proficiency in report writing, incident investigation, and effective communication with both internal stakeholders and external authorities.
