Our organisation is seeking an ambitious and skilled professional to fill the role of Supply Chain Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and be able to drive business growth through effective logistics and inventory management.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who can take ownership of our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities will include:

1. Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Management
a) Develop and implement effective supply chain planning processes to meet business needs.
b) Optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize stock turnover.
c) Analyze market trends and customer demand to inform procurement decisions.
d) Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
e) Implement just-in-time delivery systems to ensure timely receipt of goods.
f) Manage supplier relationships to secure best pricing and service.
g) Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning
a) Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasting models to inform business decisions.
b) Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans.
d) Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes in market conditions or customer behavior.
e) Develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes.

3. Procurement and Contract Management
a) Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to achieve best value.
b) Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
c) Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
d) Analyze market trends and customer demand to inform procurement decisions.
e) Develop and implement effective contract management processes.

4. Order-to-Cash Management and Logistics
a) Develop and implement effective order-to-cash processes to ensure timely receipt of payment.
b) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans.
c) Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
d) Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize distribution and delivery.
e) Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.

5. Project Management and Process Improvement
a) Develop and implement effective project management processes to deliver projects on time and within budget.
b) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans.
