Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and innovate savory flavor formulations tailored to diverse market trends and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to create and improve savory flavor products, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance.
  • Match and optimize existing flavor profiles using strong replication capabilities.
  • Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and provide expert solutions and flavor recommendations.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of flavor chemistry and production techniques to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to savory flavor processing.
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in savory flavor creation or development.
  • Familiarity with savory taste preferences in Southeast Asian markets is preferred.
  • Experience with the development of reactive flavors is an asset.
