Flavor Creation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Flavor Chemist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and innovation of savory flavor formulations tailored to diverse market trends and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to create and improve savory flavor products, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance.
  • Apply strong replication capabilities to match and optimize existing flavor profiles.
  • Engage with clients to understand technical needs and provide expert solutions and flavor recommendations.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of flavor chemistry and production techniques to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to savory flavor processing.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, applications, quality assurance, and production to support seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in savory flavor creation or development is required.
  • Familiarity with savory taste preferences in Southeast Asian markets is an advantage.
  • Experience with the development of reactive flavors is beneficial.
