Savory Flavourist II

Job Description:

• Strong ability to innovate and develop new savory flavors to meet various customer and market needs.
• Work with the R&D team to develop savory flavor products that align with market demands, and participate in the formulation and improvement of the products. Excellent replication skills.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide professional advice and solutions.
• Familiarity with the technical principles and production processes of food flavors, with the ability to resolve related technical issues during production, particularly in savory flavor processing. Experience with reactive flavors is a plus.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, application, quality control, and production, to ensure the smooth development and production of flavor products.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Savory Flavorist.
• A diploma or degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market for savory flavors.
