Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Programme Executive to join our organization in Singapore.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible difference in people's lives. Our team is highly cooperative and we celebrate diversity and innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing links and partnerships with relevant agencies, identifying upcoming trends affecting programme success, and following best practices and new methodologies aimed at enhancing programme impact.

The role involves planning and collaborating with other organizations to achieve programme goals, implementing community outreach events, coordinating roadshows, and delivering social work programmes to meet targeted needs.

The Programme Executive will also communicate appropriate programme objectives to volunteers, provide guidance on executing effective programmes, and develop a growing team of volunteers to support various programmes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be consolidated periodically, expenditure will be managed within allocated budgets, and KPIs will be met within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Degree in any discipline from an accredited institution, have prior experience in events or programmes design, planning, and implementation, and working knowledge of social service practices.

You should also be people-oriented, have good interpersonal and relation-building skills, excellent communication and written skills for report and proposal writing, analytical and problem-solving skills, committed and can-do attitude, and be a team player.
