We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Yishun and Bugis. As an F&B Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling daily sales reports and reconciling cash/credit transactions.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience in accounts management. You will work closely with our HR department to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
The role involves preparing invoices, purchase orders, and managing inventory levels. If you have a passion for administration and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Duties: Handle daily sales reports, reconcile cash/credit transactions, prepare invoices, and manage purchase orders
- General Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department, maintain accurate records, and perform other duties as assigned
