Job Description

As a senior professional, you will oversee the corporate governance of subsidiaries to ensure shareholder value creation and risk management. This involves setting up and enhancing corporate-level grants policies, procedures, and structure, strengthening grants policy and governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance on financial governance and accounting matters to subsidiaries, including internal controls, financial policies, and reporting protocols.
  • Oversight of corporate governance for subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering results in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in corporate governance, financial management, and leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
