Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist
The corporate governance specialist will be responsible for all company secretarial matters relating to a portfolio of clients. The scope of work includes handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, striking off companies, preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients, application of employment passes, opening of bank accounts, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle company secretarial matters for clients.
- Conduct company incorporations, registrations, and strikes.
- Prepare directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
- Apply for employment passes and open bank accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
