Administrative Physiotherapy Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our physiotherapy practice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless daily administration and operation of the clinic
  • Provide administrative duties at the front counter, including answering phone calls, registration, cashiering, and maintaining appointments
  • Record and update inventory, ordering stock as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Support clinical duties, including chaperoning and sanitizing the clinic environment
  • Assist with basic housekeeping and cleaning tasks
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
