Job Title:
Physiotherapy Clinic Administrator Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Physiotherapy Clinic Administrator. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support at the front counter, including answering phone calls, registration, cashiering, and maintaining appointments.
  • Record and update clinic inventory, ordering stock as needed.
  • Perform data entry for account payable using the Plato system.
  • Liaise with external parties/vendors and communicate via email.
  • Work closely with the head of clinic for administrative and operational matters.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in any service industry, preferably in healthcare.
  • Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Hardworking, organized, meticulous, and able to multitask, dependable, punctual, a team player.


Priorities:
  • Interest in business development.
  • Able to converse with English and Mandarin-speaking patients.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good personal relationship skills, personal autonomy, and leadership qualities.


Working Hours:
44hr work week, 6 days, with expected work on Saturdays/Sundays.
