**Part-Time Clinic Assistant - Physiotherapy & Chiropractic Clinic**
**Locations: Novena & Raffles Place, Singapore**

We’re looking for a warm, proactive, and detail-oriented Clinic Assistant to support our team of physiotherapists and chiropractors. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in the future. Applicants must be available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and have flexibility for a third weekday.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clinicians with patient flow and treatment room setup
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages professionally
- Manage patient bookings and intake processes
- Liaise with insurance providers and track claims
- Maintain a clean, well-organized clinic environment
- Support basic admin tasks and clinic tracking (e.g. visits, rebookings)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Friendly, professional, and good with patients
- Strong multitasker with attention to detail
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with WhatsApp Web, Excel, clinic software)
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Interest or experience in healthcare, wellness, or customer service is a plus

**Schedule**
- Part-time**:3 days per week**:

- Must be available on **Wednesdays and Thursdays**:

- **One additional weekday**(flexible)
- Typical hours: approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm (can vary slightly)
