Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our expansion strategy and drive user acquisition across key international markets. As the Global Remittance Growth Manager, you will develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies in priority markets.

  • Develop and execute targeted user acquisition strategies in key international markets.
  • Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify and collaborate with local partners to drive transaction volume growth.
  • Experiment with and scale new paid channels and creative tactics to acquire and engage users.
  • Tailor growth strategies to fit local cultural, regulatory, and user behavior nuances.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights using data analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with product teams to launch new features and refine product-market fit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development, ideally within fintech, payments, or remittance.
  • Deep understanding of different international markets and cultural nuances, especially across Asia.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset; you make data-driven decisions to refine and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinker always exploring fresh ideas to engage target audiences.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working with user acquisition, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
