Job Role

Assist registered nurses in providing nursing care to residents and transport them to medical appointments.

The Care Assistant will co-ordinate with the Manager in planning routes and transport schedules.

Maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents and ensure the van is kept in good working condition.

Accompany residents to hospitals/polyclinics for follow-up appointments as required.

We are committed to supporting our team members through training and development opportunities.

Successful applicants without qualifications will be sent for Certificate in Community Care (Community Care Traineeship Programme).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of primary education or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in simple English
  • Good organisational skills
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License
  • Defensive driving certification
  • CPR + AED knowledge
  • Clinical care experience
