Project Coordinator - Project Scheduling Expert

Manage and oversee the project schedule from design to validation stages, ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

  • Schedule Development:
    • Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
    • Coordinate inputs from various teams and sequence activities based on pharmaceutical project logic.
  • Progress Tracking & Control:
    • Monitor weekly updates of site progress and identify potential delays for recovery planning.
    • Manage milestone schedules tied to equipment installation and validation.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Prepare reports and lookahead schedules for stakeholders.
    • Provide timely scheduling input during meetings and support Time Impact Analysis (TIA) preparation.
  • Validation Interface:
    • Collaborate with the validation team to ensure IQ/OQ readiness milestones are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling; 3 years in pharmaceutical projects preferred.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Familiarity with GMP workflows and cleanroom construction sequencing.

Skills:

  • Fluent in Mandarin with ability to conduct meetings, prepare reports, and liaise effectively in Mandarin.
