Job Title: Project Scheduling Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Monitor progress and identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate with project teams to assess risks, resource allocation, and critical path activities.
  • Conduct site visits to verify progress and update schedules accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and project milestones.
  • Assist in claims management and delay analysis as required.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Planning Engineer or equivalent role, preferably in high-rise residential/commercial projects and have completed at least one project from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (Earn Value Analysis), MS Project (with resource and cost loading), and other planning tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and risk management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
