Job Role:
B2B Sales Executive / Business Development ExecutiveWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Sales Executive or Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing business with both new and existing customer accounts in the building and construction industry, as well as various outdoor events.
Your primary objective will be to achieve and surpass sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will handle complex negotiations with senior executives ensuring the best terms for both parties. Additionally, you will build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business with both new and existing customer accounts in the building and construction industry and outdoor events.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Handle complex negotiations with senior executives to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field, focusing on serving building contractors, event organizers or tentage companies.
- Possession of a Class 3 Driving License and own vehicle is desirable.
- Training will be provided to inexperienced candidates.
